Anything you want: Cars, trucks, RVs, boats, motorcycles, bicycles, and more. Any “toy” or valuable possession you want to show off while keeping it safe can be stored in your unit.
Yes: No hazardous materials may be stored in a unit. And any other materials prohibited under your local jurisdiction bylaws are also restricted. Ensure you review the restrictions in your area for more information.

Each development’s perimeter comprises solid concrete walls, with the only access points secured by large overhead entrance door(s) with privacy glass. Only Owners can access the development 24/7 with their private FOB. No chain link fences or gates one can climb over exist at the VAULTS.
The VAULTS offers premium features to each base spec unit. These attributes include a mezzanine, 3-pc bathroom, air detection system, unit heater, large windows and overhead electric door.
Yes. Each VAULTS Development offers a variety of sized units to suit different storage and lifestyle needs. The mezzanine is placed at a height that allows anything that can legally be driven on the highway to be placed under it. At the same time, it leaves plenty of room above for comfortable use of the mezzanine space.
