Each Vault incorporates premium features including mezzanine, 3-pc bathroom, unit heater, air detection system, polished concrete floor, and floor drain. From there, owners have a solid blank canvas to enhance as much or as little as they like.
The VAULTS Design Team works with each individual owner to create a space that is tailored to their lifestyle needs and personality. The design enhancements are as unique as each owner and can range from additional rough-ins to a full creation.
A solid concrete perimeter and fully enclosed entrance door(s) keeps prized possessions secure and away from prying eyes. Within the internal courtyard, an area only accessible to unit owners and their guests, a community of like-minded individuals thrives.
